Gitlab handshake GitHub

If your Gitlab issue is waiting on a GitHub issue simply add this comment to your Gitlab issue:

• @SnoozeThis https://github.com/url-of-github-issue

You can then forget about the issue and move on. SnoozeThis will monitor the GitHub issue and notify you (by adding a new comment) once the GitHub issue has been completed.
No need to install anything (though our bot unlocks additional features and enables snoozing on private repositories).
